Order Changes & Cancellations
- Please double-check size, color, and quantity before checkout.
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase (10% cancellation fee applies).
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

with your order number.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect size or color selections.
- You may cancel within 24 hours and place a new order.
- If you need sizing help, contact our team before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within
120 days of delivery for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Products significantly different from their description
Not Eligible for Return:
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)
- Missing tags or original packaging
- Damage not caused by Shopwithberry
How to Request a Refund

with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Proof of purchase
- Shipping receipt (if applicable)
⚠ Do not return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds include original shipping charges.
- If your refund doesn’t appear within 10–15 business days, contact your payment provider.
Additional Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our fault.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
